Application form for the State Revenue Office (SRO) rebate(opens in a new window) — or contact the State Revenue Office on 9628 0301 — These forms are to be used by schools seeking a SRO managed rebate on their fixed charges for water and sewer of up to $260 yearly (self-supply schools are ineligible)
