Step 4: Completion of the project
Once practical completion has been achieved, the school must advise the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA). This is regardless of the duration of the defects liability period.
After completing a school-funded capital project, schools must review and complete the steps under the school-delivered capital projects section of the School asset drawing changes checklist (PDF)(opens in a new window).
