A template Student Dress Code policy is available on the School Policy Templates Portal (staff login required). Schools can modify the template to suit their local circumstances.

Standard agreements

The three agreement templates relating to school uniforms, are:

• School council licence – school uniform business (DOCX) (staff login required)
• School council agreement for the appointment of school uniform supplier (DOCX) (school uniforms to be supplied at non school premises) (staff login required)
• School council agreement for the purchase of school uniforms (DOCX) (for on-sale by the School Council) (staff login required)

Exemptions
