Work sites
This policy does not apply to construction sites separately cordoned off from the school site under the control of a Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) contractor. For further information email vsba@education.vic.gov.au(opens in a new window).
Licence and lease agreements
Organisations or individuals that enter into agreements with the department must comply with all relevant department, school, and school council policies and/or guidelines.
The school principal must ensure that other site users are aware of all relevant safety requirements (including this policy).
