4. Hazard, incident and near miss reporting

If a slip, trip or fall results in a serious injury or emergency, call 000 and provide first aid assistance.

If a slip, trip or fall hazard is identified it should be reported to the principal and/or their delegate and/or the HSR. Hazards, incidents and near misses involving slips, trips or falls should be reported in eduSafe Plus (staff login required). eduSafe Plus can help with allocation of tasks and management of hazards.
