The Sexual Harassment Policy sets out the legal responsibilities and obligations of employees of the Department of Education and Training (the Department) in relation to sexual harassment under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 and the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 . Sexual harassment in our workplaces is an unacceptable form of behaviour which will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The Department is committed to providing safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces, which are free from sexual harassment.
