This guidance provides schools with advice on drugs and their effects.
It contains the following chapters:

- Substance type — novel psychoactive substances
For all drugs the effects will vary depending on the substance used, the amount taken, the mode of administration and duration of use, their physical and psychological state and the environment where they were consumed.
