• Templates for a school-level Visitors policy (staff login required) and Volunteers policy (staff login required) are available on the School Policy Templates Portal. Schools can modify the templates to suit their local circumstances
• Suitability Check Flowchart for Schools (PPTX) – to help decide what suitability checks may be appropriate for a person (volunteer, visitor, contractor) doing child-related vs child-connected work
• Working with Children Status Checker – the Status Checker can check and record the status of multiple applications or cards
