Department resources — PROTECT
- Identify and Respond to Student Sexual Offending — is a collection of web pages have been developed by the Department of Education to assist schools to fulfil their obligations under Ministerial Order 1359 – Child Safe Standards . This page contains guidance for all Victorian school staff on what action to take if they suspect, or are witness to student sexual offending.

Sexual consent, disclosures and school obligations fact sheet
The Sexual consent, disclosures and school obligations fact sheet (staff login required) provides guidance on school obligations to respond to a disclosure of student sexual offending, how schools can communicate with their school community about issues of consent, sexual assault and gender inequality, and who schools should contact for support.
