Notification of an employment limitation
Once the decision has been made to apply an employment limitation, the person will be notified in writing. The letter will be sent to the person’s last known address. The letter will:
- advise the person that an employment limitation has been applied
- outline the terms and conditions of the employment limitation
- advise the person of the basis upon which it has been decided to apply an employment limitation and
- advise the person how to seek a review of the employment limitation.
